The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The location was very close to the train station, making it convenient for commuting to and from the airport. The hotel had great facilities, including a fine indoor pool. The room I booked was lovely and had many amenities such as a kettle, coffee bags, and a radio.

The gym and the food at the restaurant were great. I really enjoyed working out in the gym and the equipment was great. The food at the restaurant was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The location was also convenient, with easy access to key attractions and public transportation. It made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that I did not like. the lack of curtains at the terrace door was a major inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel with a great design. The location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful jungle and close to the lakes in the city. We enjoyed exploring the sights of Copenhagen, which were just a short walk away. The communal areas were cozy and inviting, with a stunning pool area that provided the perfect spot for relaxation. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, ensuring that we were well taken care of. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the bathroom products. The breakfast offered a variety of options, providing a great start to our day. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The noise from parties in the hotel can be quite disruptive.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional, from the indoor swimming pool to the well-equipped Spa & wellness centre. the service offered by the friendly staff truly exceeded my expectations. the restaurant served delicious food that met my high standards.

the lack of a private terrace or balcony was unfortunate considering the incredible sun terrace available at the venue.

Beautiful design, great staff, delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, varied breakfast, convenient location.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The unique, centrally located hotel has a pool in the center with a bar and sauna on top. The spacious deluxe suite room follows a Bali theme. The excellent breakfast selection features relaxing music. The helpful and friendly staff assist guests with any needs.

The room was quiet, with a beautiful four poster bed and two sofa beds. We had a dining area, 2 x TVs, and lots of lovely toiletries. The decor was really nice and the pool atrium was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
